Using the store
Customers must use the storefront lawfully and provide accurate order, billing, and delivery information. Attempts to interfere with the service, misuse content, or conduct fraud are prohibited.
Products, orders, and pricing
Product information is provided to help customers choose among available Roots items. Availability may change. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted only after the store completes the applicable review and confirmation. Prices are displayed in CAD, with taxes and delivery charges shown as applicable during checkout.
Delivery, returns, and intellectual property
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Shipping timing and exceptions are described in the Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges follow the Refund Policy, including the 30-day request window and refunds processed or initiated within 10 days after approval. Store content and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
