Roots orders are prepared after payment authorization. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Transit and delivery
After dispatch, transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Processing and transit are separate stages, and a delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Available delivery services, destinations, and charges are shown at checkout in CAD according to the order address.
Tracking and address accuracy
Use the tracking details provided for your shipment. Customers should review names, street details, unit numbers, and postal codes before checkout. If tracking is delayed, a parcel is missing, or a delivery appears damaged, email gatigakava706@gmail.com with the order number and relevant details.
