Prices and checkout totals are presented in CAD. The payment methods actually available for an order appear at checkout and may depend on device, destination, or provider availability.
Authorization and billing details
Payment providers may authorize, decline, or temporarily hold a transaction while validating funds and billing details. Customers should confirm that the billing name, address, and other requested details match the information held by the issuer.
Security and refunds
Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, or passwords by email. If a payment is declined or remains pending, contact the issuer first, then use Contact Us if store assistance is needed. Approved return refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; the issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
